What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader is an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no benefits to gameplay other than making it easier to view and buy upgrades.
Boosts
There are a variety of boosts available with an item upgrader. They can include a range of stats, in addition to many additional bonuses. These bonuses can be used on weapons, armor and trinkets. They can be used to boost a character's abilities or to add a new element of variety to their build.

Costs
There are a few expenses associated with item upgrades. The first is the cost to perform the upgrade. This cost can be expensive and is contingent on the new level of the item as well as the number of perks it gets. A Blacksmith Blessing, or an upgraded version of it can be used to boost the odds of a successful upgrade. This item is beneficial in the event that you have an item of equipment that is at the maximum level for its tier or is close to it. It will let you upgrade that piece of gear to the next level without worrying about breaking.
If upgrade item is unsuccessful it will be restored to its initial state. This is usually a downgrade, but can also be an upgrade. It is an excellent idea to save upgrades for when you are close to the maximum level of an item, and to use it as an emergency.
Kafra has a number of items that can be used to increase the chances of a successful upgrade. You can increase the chances of success by enhancing your equipment repeatedly using HD Oridecon and HD Elunium. Similarly, enhancing the chance to receive a Double Mint from Shoe-Minting a maximum of five times will increase the chance of success.
Failure Rate
